For months, I've had to log in twice every time: I put in my credentials, the app crashes, I start it again, and this time it lets me log in. Very annoying, but at least it worksāfor the moment, since I seem to be logged out quite often. With today's update I can't even log in anymore. It looks like the login page is loading/refreshing over and over. The issues seem to be specific to the Android app (at least, I never had problems with the iOS app or with the website on desktop).

App constantly freezes and errors out. Developers seem to view it as an afterthought. Update Feb 2025 - New issues (no surprise). The app glitches out and won't even let me sign in. It's also VERY frustrating that I have to sign in every time I use the app. I really wish our church would move away from this platform, but for some reason they seem to want to stick with it.

The app is buggy, inconsistent, and fails to allow me to customize notifications to my needs...if it sends them at all. I love the concept and the web based functionality, but the app leaves a ton to be desired. On startup it gets stuck in a loop, failing to let me click anything at all. It then says I need to update to a newer version but there is no newer version available. It then logs me off every time, regardless of what my login preferences are. Which then requires a browser.
